Another Day, Another Adventure

“When a question has no correct answer, there is only one honest response.
The gray area between yes and no.
— Dan Brown

Robert Langdon sure seems to get into quite a few adventures. Right after Angels & Demons, he was once again solving riddles in his latest adventure. I don’t know how enthusiastic would he have been had he known that the The Lost Symbol and Inferno still awaited him.

Like all good novels, this one also has a beautiful, yet believable, female protagonist to challenge, aid, and otherwise add depth and dimension to the main protagonist. It is hard to imagine Robert being able to solve the mysteries and battle the bad guys without her.

Dan Brown infuses so much history, culture, philosophy, religion, and science into his works that they provide a multidimensional window into the adventure being narrated. These are the elements that really breathe life into the age-old saga of good vs evil.
